Whisper Creek® Bread Pudding

¼ cup Whisper Creek®

3 large eggs

2 cups whole milk

1 ¼ cups cream

1 cup sugar

2 tbsp vanilla

2 tsp ground cinnamon

2/3 cup raisins

3 tbsp unsalted butter (softened & cut in to ½ inch slices)

1 ¼ lbs French or Italian bread (1-2 loaves cut in to ½ inch thick slices)

Spread butter over 13 x 9” baking pan.  Arrange bread slices almost upright in tightly spaced rows and tuck raisins between each slice.

Whisk eggs until frothy then whisk in Whisper Creek®, cream, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.  Pour the liquid over the bread and let rest for 1 hour (occasionally press bread with a spatula to wet tops of slices).  Preheat oven to 375°.  Bake the pudding for 1 hour or until the top is lightly browned. Cool on rack for 30 minutes, then cut into squares and serve.


Whisper Creek® Cream Cheese Brownies

¼ cup Whisper Creek® Tennessee Sipping Cream®

4 oz. unsweetened milk chocolate baking squares

¾ cup butter (softened)

½ cup light brown sugar (packed firmly)

4 large eggs (divided)

1 ¾ cups granulated sugar (divided)

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp salt

1 cup all-purpose flour

1  8 oz. package cream cheese (softened)

½ cup pecans (toasted and chopped)

Preheat oven to 350°.  Line a 9” square pan with aluminum foil (hint: drape foil over edges of pan for easy removal).  Microwave chocolate squares and butter in a large dish on high for 2 minutes (stir at 30 second intervals until melted and smooth).  Whisk in brown sugar and 1 ½ cups for granulated sugar.  Add 3 eggs, one at a time, whisking until blended.  Whisk in vanilla, salt and 1 cup flour.  Spread half of the batter in pan.  Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth then add 2 tbsp flour and ¼ cup granulated sugar.  Add Whisper Creek® Tennessee Sipping Cream® along with remaining egg and beat until blended.  Pour cream cheese mixture over the batter in the pan and sprinkle with the chopped pecans.  Top with other half of brownie mixture and swirl together.  Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.  Cool completely for at least 1 hour before removing foil and cutting into squares.

Serve warm brownies with scoop of ice cream and drizzle caramel over top.


Whisper Creek® Butter Cream

2 tbsp Whisper Creek® Tennessee Sipping Cream®

1 cup of powdered sugar

1 stick of unsalted butter

Cream the butter and powdered sugar together in a mixer. Add the Whisper Creek® Tennessee Sipping Cream® and mix until combined.


Whisper Creek® Pecan Pie

16 oz. light corn syrup

1 cup sugar

1 stick of butter

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp dark molasses

½ cup Whisper Creek®

12 oz. pecan chips

4 eggs


Add corn syrup, sugar and butter to a small to medium sized pot and bring to boil, stirring often.  Allow mixture to cool down for 3-5 minutes.  In a large mixing bowl, add boiled mixture, vanilla, dark molasses, Whisper Creek®, pecan chips and eggs (all remaining ingredients) and mix well. Fill (2) 9” deep-dish pie shells.  Cook at 350° for approximately 45 minutes or until done.

1 bottle of Tennessee Whiskey

1 bottle of praline liqueur

½ gallon of half & half

1 ½ gallons of whole milk


2 scoops vanilla ice cream

1.5 oz Whisper Creek®

.5 oz TN Whiskey

.5 oz praline liqueur

.5 oz Dk Crème De Cacao

 Blend and serve


Whisper Dreamcicle

1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice

1 cup Whisper Creek®

1 cup water

12 crushed ice cubes

Whisper Creek® Iced Coffee

Brew a strong pot of coffee (helps keep flavor when ice dilutes), place in a refrigerator-safe container and let cool to room temperature. When ready to serve, fill a tall glass with ice, add 1-2 shots of Whisper Creek® to glass and fill with coffee and stir.  Refrigerate remaining coffee to treat yourself later on.


Whisper Rocks

Grab an ice tray and fill with room temperature coffee.  Place ice tray in freezer until coffee ice cubes are frozen solid.  Then, impress your guests by placing 2-3 coffee ice cubes in a rocks glass and pour Whisper Creek® Tennessee Sipping Cream® over top and serve with or as dessert.

Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a sea salt (not margarita salt) rimmed martini glass
